Due to expansion of our team, we are looking to recruit a positive, responsible and proactive individual for the position of – Senior Network Administrator
What will be your duties?
- Received and respond on escalated tickets
- Communicate using phone, email, and in-person, providing technical support for our clients either remotely or in person
- Architect, plan and lead the implementation of IT Network systems, software and hardware
- Lead/participate in IT network assessments and incident investigations, recommends appropriate mitigations, and develops IT networking roadmaps and usage policies.
- Reproduce, diagnose, and resolve network operational problems encountered by clients
- Where required, provide advice and training to clients and network administrators
- Accurately log the support provided and time taken in the service desk software
- Ability to travel to client sites to provide technical support or hardware installations
- Document solutions to the technical problems experienced in our internal knowledge base
- Work with team members to maintain our client’s documentation
What do you need to have?
- Degree in Computer Systems and Technologies or related area
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of IT with a primary focus on network technologies in the last 3 years
- Recent Network-related certifications, such as CCNP, or equivalent experience with the commitment to gain a Network Professional certificate within 6 months
- Strong experience with firewalls, preferably with Palo Alto, Check Point, and FortiGate
- Excellent working knowledge of design, implementation, and management of the networking technologies, including switching, routing, firewalls, Wi-Fi, network access control, and virtual networking
- Excellent working knowledge of design, implementation, and configuration of VLANs, Subnets, dynamic routing, VPNs, DHCP, DNS
- Demonstrated experience managing large scale, mission critical enterprise networks
- Demonstrated experience with network switching and routing platforms a must
- Knowledge with WAN technologies, such as SD-WAN is a strong asset
- Experience with Microsoft networking environment and troubleshooting operations
- Excellent verbal and written communications in Bulgarian and English
- Excellent customer service skills
