What will be your duties?
- Administrative support for daily office processes
- Managing incoming and outgoing email correspondence
- Answering and forwarding incoming calls and emails.
- Welcoming and serving customers and guests of the company
- Managing conference room reservations and ensuring they are ready for meetings.
- Processes incoming and outgoing mail and shipments, including keeping records of them.
- Orders office supplies and monitors inventory, maintains an organized physical space for storing such supplies.
- Maintains proper communication with other departments.
- Organizes meetings and schedules.
What do you need to have?
- Secondary education (education with an economic focus is an advantage).
- Strict attention to detail and adherence to agreed deadlines.
- Professional attitude towards customers
- Excellent command of Bulgarian (written and spoken).
- English language – very good level – written and spoken.
- Organizational skills and ability to work in a team
- Experience in administration/front office will be considered an advantage
- Very good computer skills (MS Office).
